How this percentage is calculated
- Integrity = consistent responses ÷ judgeable requests. The baseline is 100%.
- The baseline for comparison is the model name actually sent upstream. Fallback substitutions and forwarding renames we perform ourselves are not counted against the provider.
- Model names that differ only in letter case, dots vs. hyphens, provider prefixes or GA date suffixes count as consistent - that is a naming style difference, not a different model.
- Many media and asynchronous protocols simply do not carry a model name in their responses. Those requests cannot be judged and are excluded from the calculation, so a provider with zero judgeable requests stays at the 100% baseline - read its judgeable rate alongside the score.
