1. About the service

APIGOTO (www.apigoto.com) provides a unified large language model (LLM) API gateway service: with an API Key generated by the platform, you call a range of upstream large-model services through a single gateway. The platform handles model routing, failover, billing settlement and risk control. Companion software such as the “RouterCode” desktop client forms part of the service.

2. Accounts and registration

• You must provide true, accurate and complete registration information (username, phone number or email address) and keep your account credentials safe.
• The platform operates an identity verification requirement. Individual and business users alike must complete verification as instructed before using the full range of service capabilities.
• Your account is for your own use only. You may not lend, transfer or let anyone else use your account or API Key.
• If you notice anything unusual with your account (unauthorised use, a leaked credential and so on), notify the platform immediately.

3. Fees and billing

• The platform offers free credits alongside paid services. Paid services are billed by actual usage (token usage, number of calls and so on), at the prices published on the platform.
• The platform supports balance top-ups, point redemption and subscription plans. Please confirm the service and charges before topping up.
• Calls made with your own provider credentials (BYOK) incur no platform fees, as agreed.
• The platform may adjust service prices. Adjusted prices will be published on the pricing page and will apply to subsequent billing.

4. API usage policy

• You must comply with applicable laws and content safety rules, and must not use the platform for any unlawful activity, including but not limited to generating or distributing illegal, pornographic, violent, hateful or infringing content.
• You may not abuse the service, including but not limited to inflating usage, bypassing rate limits, interfering with other users, or attacking the platform's infrastructure.
• You may not use your API Key for unauthorised purposes, or attempt to crack, reverse-engineer or compromise the platform's security mechanisms.
• The platform may rate-limit, suspend or terminate service in response to abnormal call patterns.

5. Intellectual property

Intellectual property rights in the software, interfaces, documentation and trademarks relating to the service belong to APIGOTO and its rights holders. Except for the rights expressly granted in this agreement, you may not copy, modify, distribute or commercially exploit them without written permission. Intellectual property in the upstream large language models and their output belongs to the respective rights holders.

6. Disclaimer

• The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, nor the accuracy, completeness or fitness for purpose of the output produced by upstream models.
• Content generated by large language models may be inaccurate or inappropriate. You are responsible for the consequences of using model output.
• To the extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for losses caused by force majeure, network failures, upstream provider changes and similar events.

7. Changes and termination

• The platform may update these terms as the business requires. Updates will be published on this page, and continued use of the service counts as acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you breach these terms or applicable law, the platform may suspend or terminate the service provided to you, and reserves the right to pursue liability.
• You may stop using the service at any time and close your account by following the instructions in your dashboard.
